Every once in a while, I’ll get a free collage photo offer from one of the companies I print photos through. I wasn’t sure how I could use them, until it dawned on me that I could cut the collage up and use it to make a page that had TONS of photos!
I’ve done it for a bunch of reasons since the boys were born. The one above is their first Christmas. I used a 20 photo collage, cut each photo out, and matted each one. Then assembled the layout. I use pop dots (sticky, puffy adhesive squares or circles) to give the photos more dimensions.
In this layout, my focus was the four cousins. They are super cute subjects, so the more photos, the better! Because I’m using so many photos, I keep the paper and embellishments to a minimum.
Some other ideas when a collage photo would be a great way to create a multi-photo layout are birthdays, holidays, parties, special occasions, and vacation.
Have any other ideas for collage photos? We’d love to hear from you!
